
Getting to Cape Charles, VA
Cape Charles, Virginia is 30 minutes from Hampton Roads areas of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, 2.5 hours from Richmond, VA and about 3.5 hours from Washington D.C. The Norfolk International Airport is just 25 minutes away and a rental car is suggested for getting around since it is a rural area. Participants are welcome to bring their own vehicles since parking will not be an issue.

Technical Session (topics unclude a unique discussion on Sound Theory and its overlap with Laban Movement Analysis in relationship to dance for the camera as well as the basics of lighting, sound, camera operation, shooting techniques, and more)
1-2:20 pm

2:30-5:30 pm
Experimental Session (daily screenings followed by hands-on assignments with viewing and discussion)
7 pm
Evening Session (TBA - occasional extra programming including additional screenings, work sharing, and special events)
